AI automation

Intelligent automation formodern Operations.

Most operations do not need more software. They need the software they already pay for to stop requiring a person to move information between the parts of it.

It starts with an audit

We follow a process end to end and record every touch: who opens what, what gets copied, where a task waits, and how often something has to be corrected after the fact.

Repetition and re-entry are the two clearest signals. If a person is a transport layer between two systems, that is automation work.

What typically gets automated first

  • Lead routing

Enquiries captured, enriched, assigned and acknowledged within minutes instead of hours.

  • CRM hygiene

Records created and updated from real activity, so pipeline reporting stops depending on discipline.

  • Email and follow-up

Drafted from context, sent on schedule, escalated when a reply changes the situation.

  • Reporting

Recurring operational and commercial reports assembled automatically from source systems.

  • Document workflows

Intake, extraction, filing and approval routing for invoices, contracts and forms.

  • Integrations

The connective tissue between tools that were never designed to speak to each other.

Approval points, deliberately placed

Automation without oversight fails loudly and expensively. We define which steps run unattended, which require a human decision, and what the system does when it is unsure — usually stop and ask.

Measured, not assumed

Before a build starts we agree what we are measuring: hours returned, response time, error rate, throughput. Afterwards we measure it. If a workflow does not move the number, we say so and change it.
