Two disciplines
ELAIS was founded by Danny, whose background is architecture and design, and Rambo, whose background is applied artificial intelligence. The combination is deliberate: structure before decoration, and systems that run rather than slides about systems.
Every engagement is led by a founder. You speak to the people who design and build the work, which is the main reason engagements move quickly.
How we operate
We do not sell packages. An engagement is sized to a problem — a single stubborn task, or an operation rebuilt around intelligent systems — and priced against what it is worth solving.
We work from Barcelona with clients locally and internationally, and most client work is covered by confidentiality agreements, which is why our published work is described by shape rather than by name.
What we are careful about
We publish no invented metrics, no borrowed logos and no testimonials we cannot attribute. Where the site models a scenario — hours saved, cost avoided — it is labelled as illustrative and the assumptions are shown.
That standard costs us some marketing copy. It also means everything you read here can be defended in a meeting.
